ABOUT DANI

Dani’s passion for health and fitness began with her competitive dance career at six, where she developed a deep understanding of nutrition and anatomy. After overcoming hip surgery at 16 with the help of Pilates and physical therapy, her dedication to Pilates grew, sparking a lifelong interest in its rehabilitative benefits.

Holding dual degrees in Nutritional Sciences and Dance from the University of Arizona, along with NASM and Fletcher Pilates certifications, Dani now specializes in helping women build lean muscle mass through strength training. By combining her expertise in Pilates and nutrition, she empowers women to achieve their fitness goals with a personalized approach that focuses on strength, sustainable nutrition, and long-term results.
